Bathroom and kitchen fitting installation seems straightforward but has a specific set of failure points in Saudi Arabia: the wrong flexible connection hose, an incompatible fitting material for local water chemistry, or an incorrectly set thermostatic shower valve. We install all fitting types — from standard Saudi market brands to premium Grohe, Hansgrohe, and American Standard — with the correct materials for Saudi Arabia's hard and chloride-rich water.
What's Included
Basin mixer taps, single-lever kitchen taps, pillar taps. Correct ceramic disc cartridge specification for Saudi water chemistry — we do not install rubber washer taps, which require frequent re-washering in Saudi conditions.
Concealed or exposed thermostatic shower valves, overhead rain showers, body jets, and handheld showers. Thermostatic valve calibration and anti-scald temperature setting.
Close-coupled, back-to-wall, and wall-hung WC suites. Japanese bidet seat (Toto, Duravit) and traditional bidet installation. In-wall cistern fitting within pre-installed Geberit or Grohe framing.
Freestanding and built-in bath installation, waste fitting, overflow connection, and chrome bath mixer fitting. Level and waterproofed shower tray with correctly graded linear drain.
Under-mount and top-mount sink fitting, waste disposal unit installation, dishwasher connection, and kitchen mixer tap installation with pull-out spray.
Replace failed or ageing rubber flexible hoses with braided stainless steel flexible connections (rated 10 bar, chloride resistant) at all under-sink, under-WC, and appliance connections.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do flexible hose connections under the sink keep failing in Saudi Arabia?
Standard rubber flexible hoses (the grey or white braided type commonly used in Saudi plumbing) have a rated service life of 5–7 years under ideal conditions. In Saudi Arabia's hard water (Riyadh) or high-chloride water (Eastern Province), the rubber inner tube degrades faster — the polymer is attacked by residual chlorine in treated water. Braided stainless outer hoses with EPDM rubber inner liners rated for 10+ years in chlorinated water are the correct specification for Saudi conditions.
Which tap brand is best for Saudi Arabia?
Grohe and Hansgrohe (both German brands, widely available in KSA through Al Babtain and other distributors) are our first recommendation — their ceramic disc cartridges and chrome finishes are formulated for hard water. For more affordable options, Roca and Ideal Standard perform well. Avoid very low-cost Chinese brands with no warranty — ceramic discs in these brands typically fail within 2–3 years in Saudi conditions, and replacement cartridges are often unavailable.
Can you install Japanese smart bidet seats in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Toto Washlet and equivalent Japanese smart bidet seats are increasingly popular in Saudi premium villas. They require a nearby 220V power outlet, a cold water supply connection, and a drain. We install Toto, Duravit SensoWash, and compatible third-party units. Installation typically takes 1–2 hours per unit. The warm water wash function is particularly valued for prayer and hygiene requirements.
Why is my new tap dripping after installation?
A dripping new tap almost always indicates either: (1) ceramic disc contamination during installation — sand or calcium particle trapped between the discs causes them not to seat fully (fix: disassemble, clean disc faces, reassemble), or (2) excessive mains pressure (above 5 bar) forcing the disc open slightly (fix: install pressure reducer on the supply — a standard solution in Saudi buildings where mains pressure often exceeds 5 bar).
